PAYMENT METHODS

To ensure we provide you with the best possible care without additional administrative burden and protect your medical records and privacy, our practice is considered "out-of-network," and do not accept any insurances such as Medicare, or Medicaid.

If you want your insurance provi
ders to reimburse you for the "out-of-network" visit, a "superbill" can be provided upon request. We cannot predict or guarantee how much you will be reimbursed.
Payment is required upon scheduling. Our credit card system is designed to keep your information confidential and we do not have access to your credit card information whatsoever.

INITIAL PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION
(New Patient)

During our first appointment, we will obtain a comprehensive past medical and psychiatric history, social history, current issues, primary concerns, and your treatment goals. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs. All options and treatment alternatives will be presented; risks, benefits and side effects will be discussed; any questions and concerns you may have will be answered. If needed, we may request lab-work, obtain vital signs, documentation from other providers, or recommend individualized psychotherapy. 

FOLLOW-UP MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
(Established Patient)
Up to 30 minutes: Call for Fees

Payment Is Required Upon Scheduling

Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled once every 4 weeks until medication dosages are stabilized; then appointments may be scheduled once every 2-3 months. We will discuss presence of current symptoms, impact of medications, efficacy and side effects, and will adjust medications as needed. Brief supportive therapy will be provided; however, the primary focus will be on psychopharmacologic interventions.

ADDITIONAL FEES

NO SHOW/CANCELLATION
We Have A Strict No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so within 24 hours so the appointment can be made available to other clients. This is because we are committed to expanding and improving access to mental health care. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in full payment for your appointment with the credit card on file.
More than 15 minutes late will be considered a No-Show. 


PRESCRIPTION REFILL
$50 Fee
In general, we do not prescribe any refills outside of our scheduled appointment. We will make sure that you have enough medications until our next appointment. If you missed your appointment, you will only be given 14 days of medications. Patient must schedule another appointment in those two weeks as another refill will not be provided. Before contacting the clinic, please call your pharmacy to confirm medication refill availability.
